1. Who we are
IPTV Ultra ("we", "us", "our") is the operator of this website and the IPTV subscription service. We are based in Toronto, Canada, and serve subscribers across North America, Europe, and beyond.
2. Data we collect
We collect only the data needed to deliver and bill for the service:
- Account data: email address, first name, optional phone number.
- Billing data: payment method (handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers), order ID, plan and amount paid.
- Technical data: IP address (kept temporarily for fraud prevention), browser type, device type.
- Service usage: session logs (anonymised) used to detect credential sharing and abuse.
- Support conversations: WhatsApp / Telegram / email messages you send us.
3. How we use your data
We use the data we collect to:
- Provision and operate your subscription.
- Send activation details, renewal notices and service-related emails.
- Answer your support requests on WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse (e.g. mass credential sharing, resale).
- Comply with our legal obligations (e.g. tax, DMCA).
We do not use your data for behavioural ad-targeting, and we do not sell, rent, or "share" your data with data brokers.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
If you are in the EU or UK, our legal bases for processing your data under GDPR / UK GDPR are:
- Contract: to deliver the subscription you paid for.
- Legitimate interest: fraud prevention, securing our infrastructure, replying to support.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and lawful requests from authorities.
- Consent: any optional marketing emails (with one-click unsubscribe).
5. Sharing & third parties
We share data only with sub-processors strictly necessary to run the service:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, our crypto gateway).
- Email delivery (transactional email provider).
- Hosting providers (EU and North-American data centres).
Each of these is contractually bound by data-processing agreements. We disclose data to authorities only in response to a lawful, court-ordered request.
6. How long we keep data
- Active subscribers: while your account is active, plus 24 months for billing/tax records.
- Cancelled accounts: account data deleted within 90 days unless retained for legal/tax compliance.
- Session logs: anonymised within 14 days.
- Support conversations: retained for 12 months for quality and dispute resolution.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Data portability (receive a copy in a portable format).
- Withdraw consent for optional marketing at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Security
We protect your data with TLS in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, hashed credentials, and strict access controls on our admin tooling. No system is bullet-proof, but we take this seriously and respond fast to any incident.
9. Children
IPTV Ultra is intended for adults. The service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes are announced by email and on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
